The Team Plan — What It Includes

The Team plan is KompWatch's highest tier, designed for companies that need to track many competitors with maximum monitoring frequency.

What You Get on Team

Is the Team Plan Multi-User?

Currently, each KompWatch account is tied to a single login email. The Team plan's name refers to the size of the team you're monitoring competitors for — it gives you the capacity (50 competitors, hourly crawls) suited to larger teams tracking many rivals.

Shared team logins (multiple colleagues accessing the same account) are not yet supported. If you need your whole team to see the same competitor feed today, options include:

• Share your digest email — forward your digest to relevant teammates, or set up an email alias (e.g. competitive@yourcompany.com) as your KompWatch login
• Check with us — email support@kompwatch.com if you have a specific multi-seat use case

When Does Team Make Sense?

The Team plan is the right choice if:

• You're tracking 11–50 competitors at once
• You need to catch changes as soon as they happen (hourly snapshots vs. Pro's 6-hour cycles)
• You're in a fast-moving market where pricing or feature changes matter within hours

Upgrading to Team

1. Go to kompwatch.com/settings
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. Select the Team plan in Stripe's billing portal

Downgrading from Team

You can downgrade to Pro or Free at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Manage Subscription).

Note: Downgrading reduces your competitor limit. If you have more competitors than the new plan allows, you'll need to delete or pause some before the downgrade takes effect.
