How to Cancel or Change Your Plan
You can manage your subscription entirely through the Stripe Customer Portal — no need to contact support.
Access the Customer Portal
- Go to kompwatch.com/settings.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.
What You Can Do in the Portal
- Upgrade from Free → Pro → Team
- Downgrade your plan (takes effect at end of billing period)
- Cancel your subscription (access continues until period end)
- Download invoices and view billing history
- Update payment method
Cancellation Details
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your competitor data and snapshots are retained for 30 days after cancellation.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, but if you have a billing concern please contact us.
Downgrade Limits
If you downgrade and have more competitors than your new plan allows, you'll be prompted to deactivate some before the change takes effect.
