KompWatch offers four plans. All plans include the core monitoring features — the differences are in limits and frequency.

Pro and Team plans include a 7-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial with no cost.
Annual vs Monthly Billing
The pricing page shows annual pricing by default — this reflects the discounted rate when you commit to a year.

Selecting Annual on the pricing page will charge you at the discounted yearly rate (billed as a single annual payment). Select Monthly if you prefer to pay month-to-month.
What Do the "Save $X+/yr vs Kompyte" Badges Mean?
On the Pro and Team pricing cards, you'll see badges like "Save $3,000+/yr vs Kompyte" or "Save $19,000+/yr vs Klue". These show your estimated annual savings vs. the cheapest incumbent alternative:

The badges update automatically based on whether you've selected Monthly or Annual billing. The dollar figure reflects what you'd pay KompWatch annually subtracted from the competitor's starting price — showing the minimum you'd save switching.
These are starting prices; actual enterprise quotes for Klue and Crayon are often higher.
Are There Hidden Fees?
No. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
The pricing page includes a hidden fees comparison showing what tools like Crayon, Klue, and Kompyte add on top of their advertised rates — setup fees, per-seat charges, feature-unlock surcharges, and annual-only contracts. KompWatch has none of these:
- No setup fee
- No per-seat charges (monitor as many users as your plan allows)
- No features locked behind add-ons — every feature is available on all paid plans
- No mandatory annual contract — monthly billing is available at all times
Annual billing is optional (saves 20%) but never required.
Do I Need a Credit Card to Sign Up?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card — just sign in with your email.
Pro and Team plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required at signup. Your card is only charged if you continue after the trial ends.
Billing
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- You can view invoices and manage billing at any time via the Customer Portal.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime — no questions asked. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
