My Digest Email Didn't Arrive
If you're not receiving your competitor digest emails, here are the most common causes and fixes.
Step 1: Check Your Spam/Junk Folder
Digest emails come from digests@kompwatch.com. Search your spam folder for this address and mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future delivery.
Step 2: Check Your Digest Frequency
Your digest schedule depends on your plan:

| Team | Real-time (within 1 hour of a change) |
If you're on Free, you may simply not have received one yet this week.
Step 3: Check That Changes Were Detected
Digests are only sent when changes are detected. If none of your tracked competitors changed since your last digest, no email is sent. You can verify this in your dashboard under Recent Changes.
Step 4: Verify Your Email Address
Go to kompwatch.com/settings and confirm the email address on file is correct.
Step 5: Check Your In-App Digest History
Past digests are saved in your account even if the email didn't reach you. Go to the Digests page to see if a digest was generated. Each entry shows the period it covers, how many changes were included, and its sent status.
If you disabled email digests in Settings → Notifications, the digest is still generated here — you can review it in-app without needing the email.
Step 6: Request a Resend
If you believe a digest should have been sent but wasn't, email support@kompwatch.com and we'll resend it or investigate.
If this didn't help, reply to this email and a team member will follow up within 24 hours.
