Billing Questions & Disputes
We want every customer to feel good about what they pay for. If you have a billing concern, here's how we handle it.
Unexpected Charge
If you see an unexpected charge from KompWatch:
- Check that you didn't have a free trial that ended — you would have received an email reminder before the trial concluded.
- Log into the Customer Portal to view your invoice history.
- If you still believe the charge is incorrect, email support@kompwatch.com with your account email and the charge amount.
Refund Policy
- Trial cancellations: If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged.
- Monthly plans: We offer refunds at our discretion for charges within the last 7 days if you haven't actively used the service.
- Refund requests: Email support@kompwatch.com. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.
Double Charges
Double charges are rare but can happen if a payment method update coincides with a billing cycle. Contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
Changing Payment Method
Go to kompwatch.com/settings → Manage Subscription → Update Payment Method in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Invoices & Receipts
All invoices are available in the Customer Portal. You can download PDF invoices for any payment.
