We want every customer to feel good about what they pay for. If you have a billing concern, here's how we handle it.

Unexpected Charge

If you see an unexpected charge from KompWatch:

  1. Check that you didn't have a free trial that ended — you would have received an email reminder before the trial concluded.
  2. Log into the Customer Portal to view your invoice history.
  3. If you still believe the charge is incorrect, email support@kompwatch.com with your account email and the charge amount.

Refund Policy

  • Trial cancellations: If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged.
  • Monthly plans: We offer refunds at our discretion for charges within the last 7 days if you haven't actively used the service.
  • Refund requests: Email support@kompwatch.com. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.

Double Charges

Double charges are rare but can happen if a payment method update coincides with a billing cycle. Contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.

Changing Payment Method

Go to kompwatch.com/settingsManage SubscriptionUpdate Payment Method in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Invoices & Receipts

All invoices are available in the Customer Portal. You can download PDF invoices for any payment.
