How to Switch to Annual Billing

New subscriptions: Toggle the billing period on the pricing page before clicking the upgrade button. The toggle defaults to Annual.

Existing monthly subscribers: Go to Settings → Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can switch to annual billing — the change takes effect at your next renewal date and you'll be charged the annual rate upfront.

When Am I Charged?

Annual plans are billed upfront — one payment covers the full year. You'll see a single charge for the full annual amount (e.g. $468 for Pro Annual) rather than twelve monthly charges.

What Does "Cancel Anytime" Mean for Annual Plans?

The cancel-anytime guarantee means there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your annual subscription at any time — no questions asked, no penalties.

When you cancel an annual plan:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid annual period
  • You keep full access for the remainder of the year you've already paid for
  • You will not be charged at the next renewal date

Think of it like a magazine subscription: once you cancel, you still get the issues you've paid for, but you won't be billed again.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused months on annual plans. If you have an exceptional circumstance, contact us and a team member will review it.

What Happens If I Cancel an Annual Plan?

Cancellations take effect at the end of your annual period. You keep full access for the remainder of the year you've paid for and will not be charged again.

To cancel, go to Settings → Manage Subscription and open the Stripe Customer Portal.

Can I Downgrade Mid-Year?

Downgrades from an annual plan take effect at the end of your current billing period (your annual renewal date). If you downgrade to a plan with a lower competitor limit, you'll be prompted to deactivate excess competitors before the change takes effect.

Switching Back to Monthly

You can switch from annual to monthly at any time via the Customer Portal — the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
