My Login Email Didn't Arrive

KompWatch uses magic links for login — no password required. You enter your email, we send a one-click login link, and you're in.

If the email didn't arrive

1. Check your spam or junk folder Magic link emails can occasionally be filtered. Search for "KompWatch" or emails from noreply@kompwatch.com.

2. Wait up to 2 minutes Email delivery can be delayed. The link is valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent.

3. Request a new link Go back to the login page and enter your email again. Each new request invalidates previous links.

4. Check you used the right email Make sure you're entering the same email you signed up with. If you're unsure, try any other emails you may have used.

5. Allowlist our sending domain Ask your IT team or email provider to allowlist kompwatch.com to ensure future emails arrive reliably.

The link expired

Magic links expire after 15 minutes for security. Return to the login page and request a fresh link — it only takes a few seconds.

I clicked the link but it says "invalid or expired"

Each magic link can only be used once. If you clicked it in a preview pane (some email clients pre-fetch links), it may have been consumed. Request a new link and click it directly in your browser.

I never signed up but got a link

Someone may have entered your email by mistake. You can safely ignore the email — no account was created and the link will expire. If this happens repeatedly, contact us at support@kompwatch.com.
