What is the command palette?
The command palette is a keyboard-driven search bar that lets you navigate KompWatch and trigger common actions without reaching for the mouse. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in the app to open it.

- Open: Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux)
- Close: Press Escape, or press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K again
- Navigate results: ↑ / ↓ arrow keys
- Select: Press Enter
What can I do with it?
Navigate to pages:
| Command | Destination |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Overview, activity heatmap, recent changes |
| Competitors | Your tracked competitor list |
| Digests | Email digest history |
| Settings | Profile, billing, notifications, webhooks |

Can I search for commands?
Yes. Just start typing after opening the palette — it searches by label and keyword. For example, typing "billing" surfaces both the Settings page and the Manage billing quick action.
Is there a way to add competitors directly from the palette?
The Add competitor action navigates to the competitor creation page. From there you can paste a URL and configure what to monitor.
I don't see the command palette — where is it?
The command palette is only available inside the authenticated app (dashboard, competitors, digests, settings pages). It is not present on public marketing pages.
